Blood in dry tube can be used for nearly all DNA tests
For DNA tests, it is better to use blood in EDTA tube. However for some serologic tests like the PDD per serulugia, blood in dry tube is the only suitable sample.
Blood collection in dry tube are veterinary and medical procedures. They can only be performed by veterinarians.
