What is the CNB Congenital Stationary Night Blindness ?
The CNB causes loss of vision mainly at night. It can go to total blindness.
About 11% of Briard dogs in Europe are carrier of this retinal genetic anomaly.
Realization of the genetic test
The CNB is generally performed using a Swab buccal. However dry blood tube or EDTA blood tube are also accepted.
