What is the vWDI von Willebrand’s Disease Type I ?

The von Willebrand disease is a common hereditary genetic diseases in dogs. The von Willebrand disease were classified into three groups according to the concentration and nature of plasma von Willebrand Factor. The vWDI is characterize by a abnormally low production of protein found in the vWF blood. This is a key factor in the process of clotting blood vessels.
